Itâs more doubtless the promise of it. The continuity. The foundation. It can all be âlower thanâ (perform is okay), no matter the supply (paper plates work) or setting (eating rooms usually are not required). It still works. The necessary bits â" the folks, the conversation, the assist â" should be there. In workplaces, we laud disruption at work. However, we hardly ever emphasize this similar type of stability. For example, the promise that hard work will be recognized and rewarded. This might explain why we see decrease ranges of satisfaction and engagement. In this area as well, it not the delivery that issues or the setting. The snacks or the stocked fridge. It is the core. The basis. The mutual respect. The simple issues. Saying âthanksâ does matter. Noticing exhausting work m atters. Spreading the word a few job nicely carried out matters. Itâs not the grand gesture. It is simply preserving the promise.
